This is on a case-by-case basis and every situation will differ. The primary problem with removing content is that studies have also shown that reoffending is very high but this research is ongoing, It is clear, however, that reoffending can be reduced by ongoing therapy as long as the alleged offender continues psychotherapy, AND DOES NOT REOFFEND, we will consider keeping the content down.
